But, where people have poor nutrition, poor education, strange beliefs and unfair religions, there is poverty and overpopulation, unhappiness and disease.
How to improve nutrition, education, and reasonable ideas? How to stop so many children and large families in unhappy areas? I guess we just try many ways, and see what works.
What if we could send a gift to everyone in the world, and encourage them to study, have only one or two children, don't pollute much, and clean up their homes? Then we would have less trouble.

So, we need parent licenses, so people who are qualified to have kids can! Let's make it really fine to have children, and to buy and trade or sell children credits. That means, if some people decide not to have kids, they can let someone else have them.
We need to evaluate every place on the planet, and set a reasonable population level for that place. Is it clean? Good for raising kids? No volcanoes nearby to blast homes to bits? Well, people there can have kids.

We will protect each other
We will have each other, together if rich, poor, sick, or healthy, in good moods or bad.
We will not allow each other to harm others, commit crimes or develop harmful addictions, or stray to another.
We will be good to others, improve the world, take care of our health, and live happily ever after.
