2. Travel - even search for work in other countries. Search for online newspapers and classified ads - there is a lot of work available overseas. Get a passport first!

4. Do online research - read about globalization and world news.
5. Get a foreign friend and welcome them into your family.
6. Don't criticize foreigners as a group - criticize individual actions. Why? because people can change, and make up for past wrongs. And there is infinite variety in the people of all countries. We are constantly changing.
7. Write letters to the editor - of your favorite news source - urging them to include more global news. Or choose BBC World Service, or other international news service.
8. Support open borders, global citizenship, and zero population growth - We don't need to ruin our environment more.
9. Be at the top of ethics. Start with yourself in rejecting slavery, uniformity, corruption, harmful substance use, etc. Be virtuous and reap the rewards. Research and read about NGO's that promote civil globalism.
10. Promote the internet and internet cafes. Here, it is cheap to connect to the world.
11. Get free web-phone software - and call world-wide for superlow prices.
12. Promote open citizenship in other countries that restrict emigration. We won't attack our families in other places.
13. Reject racism, nationalism, and other hatreds.
The Open Societies foundation promotes good government in places where government is bad. A George Soros foundation promotes that.
The Objective Law organization promotes good law based on human rights.
The Institute for Objectivist Studies and The Ayn Rand Institute promote rational philosophy, including ethics and politics. Realistic philosophy is useful and practical in everyday decision making.

How it works: All business owners and managers have a budget to work with. They hire people, let them go, and lose workers daily.
With preployment, all workers have profiles online --even managers and owners. Hiring managers are directed to profiles that have 5 job offers or less. They bid on workers, offering the highest wage/benefit package they can for that person's qualifications. So people have job offers at all times. And managers have prospective employees.
Although a company may not have the funds to hire right now, they can make an offer to hire someone at half-wages (or minimum wage, whichever is greater) while they look for permanent employment.
