We want to provide a system that will allow all the world's people to be the happiest, most secure, most free, healthy, loving, and long-lived people. What matters most: health and happiness. Without that, nothing else matters. Creating a wonderful world isn't simple, but everything else is harder.
Omaisa.com wants to provide the best website to help achieve that. So we are creating a voting system where everyone in the world can register. Every single person can vote. Every life is represented, and those to be here in the future. The earth, the air, the water, all forms of life, the surrounding space and solar sytem, and outside influences also must be considered and represented in this governmental system.
To avoid global monopoly, division of power must be a part of the arrangement. So, any global congress, or United Nations, should be there on the choice of the majority. And, it should have only an advisory or approval role. Not the power to start wars, to kill people, no army, no treasury, no incentive to steal through inflation or taxation.
It's funding must be completely open, visible on the web. All spending must be visible, 24 hours a day. All employees, members, and representatives, affiliates, and the like must be monitered to prevent fraud, corruption, and abuse. Everyone can be as powerful as our rulers, if the rulers are watched by an independent police, investigators, media, and free people. The government is you.

1. Don't have an agressive military leader for your country's top office: If your leader was formerly a fighter, beware: They may start war.. Every leader must commit to not starting attacks against peaceful countries. Also, they should pledge to always work for peace and freedom, the system where people are protected from unwanted harms, yet free to do as they like otherwise.
2. Don't attack other countries: Unprovoked attack of other nations is unwise, even when they are being misruled. Seek peace and progress. Due to various ethical systems in the world, "misruled" may be a matter of culture.
3. Trade and communicate with others.
4. Allow your people to travel.
5. Let everyone speak. Allow people to choose who will represent them globally. We must contact those who run voting stations world-wide, to encourage them to support voting for the United Nations representative of their area.
6. Let business alone.
7. Leave the internet uncontrolled.
8. Educate and care for everyone. However, children are people too -- they must be free to choose what is good for them -- not everyone is a scholar..
