| These things will not solve all our problems Note that, due to the diversity of cultures and people, conflict of ethics and ideas will always be with us. Yet we can shift the severity of global emergencies from human destruction, war, epidemics, etcetera, and focus our money and efforts on the emergencies we cannot prevent, such as typhoons, earthquakes, draught, and more. Attempts to unify and integrate laws, systems, and nations will continuously cause disagreements. However, if people are peaceful, intelligent, and educated, they can agree to disagree, remain separate, but peaceful. Or, they can unify states, measures, laws, cultures, languages, currency and so on. However, violent, poor planners, and ignorant people will have violent disagreements. That is why we must prevent the reproduction and large families of criminals, those who mislead others into crime and disaster, and those who willingly kill others. Those who preach controversial ideas and anti-concepts, and lead others into religions, tribes and sects that other experts in society disagree with, also cause the world misery. Any spiritual, tribal, racial statements or positions are misleading. Those who lead masses and tell them the will and existence of separate races, realities, godesses, gods, afterlives, rebirths, reincarnations, lucks, curses, spiritual powers, and magic are misleading. A database rating the reliability and trustworthiness of such ideas and leaders will show that, even those with millions of followers have millions who distrust them. So, it is a good idea to carefully consider controversial issues and question their goodness. Here is an example, with estimated data: Topic/person Global trustworthiness Rating school 80% medicine 95% chemistry 99% Mother Theresa 80% Leonardo DaVinci 95% The Pope 25% Hinduism 14% Buddha 22% George Bush 10% Terrorism .01% Next |
